Short-notice cancellations made within two weeks of check-in remain non-refundable except for specific contract exceptions. Failure to arrive results in a one-night charge plus taxes/fees to the stored payment card, while management holds the right to void all subsequent nights for that specific booking without further notice.
Premature LeavePolicy states that no monetary returns or guest credits apply for early check-outs or unused dates unless specifically authorized by our team in writing.
Adjusting BookingsDate change requests depend on house availability and potential price differences. Final approval for such modifications is never guaranteed.

Management at Round Rock Corporate Stays may end any visit immediately without refunding money if visitors break house rules, cause local disruptions, perform illegal acts, or threaten the well-being and privacy of the neighborhood or other inhabitants.
Maintaining the HomeVisitors must keep the premises in excellent shape. Any destruction exceeding standard daily use will lead to extra repair fees charged to the guest.
Verified ID PolicyEvery visitor must present official government-issued photo identification either before or during the check-in process.
Unforeseen EventsRound Rock Corporate Stays is not responsible for failed bookings, delays, or service breaks caused by factors outside our control, such as environmental disasters, extreme storms, state mandates, power failures, strikes, health crises, travel halts, or other major global force majeure incidents.
